You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

Returns sent without contacting our support team first will not be accepted.


Personalized Products

Every KinLove™ necklace is carefully personalized for each customer.

However, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's any issue with your order or you're not completely satisfied, please contact us. We'll review each case individually and do our best to provide a fair solution.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered production.

Once a personalized order has started production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the issue is our responsibility, KinLove™ will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
