Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or times of unusually high order volume.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be modified.


Delayed Shipments

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

KinLove™ is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll work quickly to provide the correct product or an appropriate solution.


Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
